WILMA D. COX
Wilma D. Cox, 71, of Lexington, MO passed away Monday, July 11, 2016. A celebration of life and open house reception will be held from 2 to 4 p.m., Saturday, July 16, 2016 at the Lexington First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, Lexington, MO. There will be a private inurnment for the family at the Lawson, Missouri Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the City of Lexington downtown flower pot program.
Wilma D. Caylor was born November 17, 1944, at Lawson, MO, the daughter of Clifford and Artist (Fields) Caylor. She was a member of the Lexington First Baptist Church and had worked at the B & L Bank in Lexington, retiring in November 2015, after 37 years. Wilma was a member of Chorus of Friends, loved spending time with her family and truly enjoyed her bank customers.
Wilma is survived by "her girls": Cindy Pickett (Myra), Boulder, CO and Dana Cox, Lexington. Four grandchildren: Devin Giltner and Trevor Giltner, both of Boulder, CO, Jessica Kientzy and husband, Jordan, of Kansas City and Warren Sheppard, of Lexington. Wilma is also survived by five sisters, one brother, and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Randy Caylor.
