Vickie was born on April 9, 1952 in Independence, MO to Charles Harry and Wilma Geraldine (Burnette) Semler. Vickie graduated from Odessa High School. She was a Home Maker. She enjoyed raising and showing her five generations of dogs. Survivors include her companion Jessie Vaughn of the home, a sister, Doris F. Roberts and husband Bob of Independence, MO and a brother Lawrence R. Burnett of Independence, MO. Vickie was preceded in death by her parents.
