William Cody Finkemeier, 30 of Odessa, Missouri passed away on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at home.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday, November 26, 2018 at the Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home, 306 S. 2nd St., Odessa, MO, 64076, 816-633-5524. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at the St. Luke Evangelical Free Church, 700 MO-224, Wellington, MO, 64097. Burial will be in the St. Luke Cemetery. Cody was born on November 30, 1987 in Independence, MO to David Allen Finkemeier and Kathleen Diane (Day) Finkemeier. He graduated in 2006 from Odessa High School in Odessa, MO. Cody was currently working for General Motors in Kansas City, Kansas and previously worked for Riders Gas Station during high school. In addition to spending time with family and friends, Cody enjoyed Harley Davidson Motorcycles, hunting, fishing and was a Raiders fan.
Cody is survived by his parents, David Finkemeier of Odessa, MO and Kathleen Finkemeier of Odessa, MO; two brothers, Clint Finkemeier and wife Chasity of Osage Beach, MO and Collin Baumann of Odessa, MO; maternal grandparents, Fred and Cindy Day of Odessa, MO; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Cody was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Henry and Lorna Finkemeier; maternal great-grandmother, Isabelle Day; aunt and uncle, Bill and Judy Finkemeier; uncle, Bill Bohrn; and a cousin, Zebadiah Allen Dorsch.
