Willa Louise (Card) Curnutte, 77, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2023, at her residence in Lexington, Missouri surrounded by her family.
Per Willa’s wishes, cremation with no services. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Margaret Gray Senior Center and may be mailed to the funeral home. Willa was born July 28, 1945, in Erie, Pennsylvania to William Alton and Doris May (Hovis) Card. She graduated in 1962 from Ripley Central School in Ripley, New York. After graduating she attended Kee’s Business School. Willa worked as a floral designer for many years. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and the Elks Lodge in Lexington, MO. In addition to spending time with family and friends, Willa enjoyed gardening, crafting, flowers, watching classic Disney movies, and reading. She will be greatly missed.
Willa is survived by her companion, Corey Curnutte of Lexington, MO; three children, William “Drew” Jeffrey Davis of West Palm Beach, Florida, Jennifer “Lydia” Davis-Ford of Boynton Beach, Fl, and Jon-Michael Matthew Davis, of Newport News, Virginia; one sister, Marjorie May MacDonald of Anchorage, Alaska; and many relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Willa was preceded in death by a sister, Elaine Charlotte Card.
