WANDA G. RUFFIN
Wanda G. Ruffin, 78, of Pittsburg, MO formerly of Independence, MO passed away Thursday, August 11, 2016 at Colonial Springs Health Care Center in Buffalo, MO.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 15, 2016 at the Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington, MO (660) 259-2245. Burial will be in the Wellington City Cemetery, Wellington, MO. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Monday. Memorials can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
Wanda G. Clark was born May 29, 1938 in Greenwood, Arkansas, the daughter of Leslie Clark and Maggie (Martin) Clark. Wanda had worked at Hallmark as a color coordinator for 30 plus years before retiring. She was a member of the Hermitage Christian Church, Hermitage, MO, a member of the Know Your Neighbors Club. She liked hunting and the outdoors, gardening. crocheting and bowling.
Wanda is survived by children: Debra Webb (Doc), Independence, MO, Carla Finley, Gladstone, MO, Barbara Bray, Wellington, MO, and Janice Cox, Ringgold, Georgia. A brother, William Clark (Sharon), Ft. Smith, Arkansas. There are 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, children: Carol Short, Leslie Short, and Wesley Short. A grandson, Jeffery Short.
