Victor Cosner, 96, of Lexington, MO passed away Monday, July 13, 2015 in Lees Summit, MO. Victor Cosner was born June 18, 1919 in Mooresville, MO, to Henry and Anna Egbert Cosner. He married Anna M. Shutt in May 15,1946 at Chillicothe, MO. Victor was a welder for the Allis Chalmers Co retiring after 30 years. He was and Army Veteran of WWII. He was a member of the Lexington V.F.W. Post 4052 and a member of the American Legion. Victor is survived by daughters: Sherri E. Branson, Blue Springs, MO and Vicki Carter, Lexington, MO. There are 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna in 2001, a daughter, Sandi Terrell; brothers, Charles, James and Vernon. Sisters: Hazel Wright, Thelma Schoening and Eunice Burnett. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, July 16, 2015 at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, MO with Military Rites. There will be no visitation.
