Vicki Ann Carter, 71, of Lexington, passed away May 1, 2018 at Riverbend Heights Care Center. Per her wishes, she will be cremated and there will be no visitation or memorial service. Memorials may be made to the Friends of the Friendless.
Vicki was born in Corder, Missouri on March 2, 1947 to Victor and Anna (Shutt) Cosner. She worked as a clerk of the court for Lafayette County for many years, she then worked for the Department of Defense, Corps of Engineers and was promoted to the INS "Immigration" Department. She retired after 25 years of civil service.
Vicki is survived by her daughter, Sharon Carter of Lexington; her sister, Sherri Branson of Richmond; and two nieces and two nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Sandi Terrell.
