Tammy Kay (Scholle) Wilcox, 55 of Stover, Missouri formerly of Odessa, MO passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2017 at Capitol Region Medical Center in Jefferson City, MO.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 4, 2017 at the Woods Chapel United Methodist Church, 813 NW Hwy 131, Odessa, MO, 64076. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Wood Chapel Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the National Kidney Foundation. Tammy was born on April 7, 1962 in Springfield, MO to Donald Wilcox and Beverly (Rolufs) Wilcox. She graduated in 1980 from Ft. Osage High School in Ft. Osage, MO. She was a professional artist and an accomplished painter, and worked the assembly line at General Motors. Tammy was a member of the Woods Chapel United Methodist Church in Odessa. In addition to spending time with her family and friends, Tammy enjoyed gardening, volunteering for the National Kidney Foundation and researching genealogy.
Survivors include her fiancé, David T. Hursman of Stover, MO; father, Donald Wilcox and wife Becky of Springfield, MO; mother, Beverly (Rolufs) Hursman of Odessa, MO; a son, Jacob Scholle and wife Kimberly of Odessa, MO; four sisters, Tina Weigel and husband Jim of Blue Springs, MO, April McAllister and husband Robert of Odessa, MO, Kathy Pinnock and husband Bob of Blue Springs, MO and Laura Hancock and husband Donald of Springfield, MO; her dog, Rocky of Stover, MO; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
