Shirley Ann Clark Shirley Ann Clark, 63, of Lexington, MO passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at her home. Shirley Ann Lierman was born July 5, 1947 in Lexington, the daughter of John William and Maxine Abbott Lierman. She married Roy W. Clark on March 31, 1984 in Lexington. She graduated from Lexington High School in 1965. She received her Bachelor of Education Degree and later earned her Masters Degree in Library Science from Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, MO. Mrs. Clark was a high school English, French Teacher and Librarian in the Norborne School District for 38 years. After retirement she taught at Wentworth Military Academy. She was a member of the Lexington First Presbyterian Church and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Lexington VFW Post 4052. Shirley is survived by her husband, Roy Clark, of the home. A daughter, Julie Reed Osman and husband, Randy, of Lexington. A daughter-in-law, Kimberly Anderson, Gladstone, MO. Four step-children: Gary A. Clark and wife, Karen, Blue Springs, MO, Leonard W. Clark and wife, Leah, Springfield, MO, Debra L. Swigart and husband, Tobin, Odessa, MO, and Patricia A. Clark, Kansas City, MO. There are 10 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Rocky Anderson. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 21, 2011 at the Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington, MO.
