Ryan McPatrick-Yates Wilson, 24 of Lexington, Missouri passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2018 in Lexington.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 p.m., Thursday, February 22, 2018 at the First Baptist Church, 525 S. Business Hwy 13, Lexington, MO, 64067. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Thursday at the Church. Memorials are suggested to Pathways or The Center for Counseling and Training. Ryan was born on December 30, 1993 in San Diego, California to Tod Alan and Madelyn “Lyn” Ann (Yates) Wilson. He graduated in 2012 from Odessa High School in Odessa, MO. On January 15, 2015 Ryan married Layla Marie Clayton in Lexington, MO. Ryan was a member of the First Baptist Church in Lexington. In addition to spending time with his family and friends, Ryan was an avid sports fan, and loved learning about history and the bible.
Survivors include his wife, Layla Marie Clayton; a son, Chance Michael Wilson; mother and father, Tod and Lyn Wilson; a brother, Austin Wilson all of Lexington, MO; paternal grandparents, Maureen Wilson and Jack Costanzo of Lakeside, CA, maternal grandmother, Ann Yates of Lexington, MO, step-grandmother Audrey Yates of Miles City, Montana; and many aunts and cousins.
Ryan was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Ted Wilson and maternal grandfather, Norman (Gene) Yates.
