Rosie May Brock

Rosie M. Brock, 79, of Lexington, MO passed away Monday, September 15, 2014 at St. Lukes East Hospital in Lees Summit, MO. Rosie May Shroyer was born October 24, 1934 at Lexington, MO the daughter of Floyd and Millie Berglund Shroyer. She married John L. Brock on April 23, 1955 in Lexington. Rosie attended The Kingdom Hall Jehovahs Witnesses. She worked at the Wentworth Military Academy Laundry. Rosie is survived by her husband of 59 years, John Brock, of the home. Three daughters: Mary Elizabeth Brock, Kansas City, MO, Johnna Schreiner and husband, Dale, Lexington, and Jackie Keglovits and husband, Dennis, Leawood, KS. Two brothers: John Shroyer and Jack Shroyer and wife, Wanda, all of Lexington. There are four grandchildren: Jessica Rose Johnson, Katrina Brock, Samantha (Sam) Schreiner, and Shea Schreiner. Rosie was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Floyd, Charles, and Harold and sisters, Millie Brock and Mary ODoniel. Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M., Thursday, September 18, 2014 at Machpelah Cemetery, Lexington.
