Ronnie Dale Borts

Ronnie Dale Borts, 61, of Odessa, Missouri passed away unexpectedly Thursday, July 11, 2024, at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri surrounded by his loving family.

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. Memorials are suggested to the family in care of Kimi Borts. Ronnie was born April 11, 1963, in Versailles, Missouri to Jackie and Emma “JoAnn” (Woolery) Borts. He graduated from Tipton High School. Ronnie worked for Pilot as a trucker for three years. To anyone who knew Ronnie, he was a kind, fun-loving man and would give you the shirt off his back. He never had a mean word to say about anybody. He always took care of his family without question. He loved life and all of his family. Kimi was so proud to have been his wife of 27 years. Ronnie was united in marriage to Kimi (Hurless) Borts on December 21, 1996, in Kansas City, Missouri. They loved a lifetime forever and always till the end of time. 

Ronnie is survived by his loving wife, Kimi Borts; four children, Bruce (Brandy) Towner, Jeff (Sarah) Towner, Conor Borts, and Wesley (Brandi) Borts; his mother, Emma JoAnn Borts; father, Jackie Borts; ten grandchildren, Lliam, Emma, Lenexa, Anna, Kyra, Logan, George, Austin, Engel, and Timmy; one sister, Judy (Steve) Kruse; one brother, Kelly (Brianna) Borts; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. 

Ronnie was preceded in death by one son, Shane Borts.
