Robert L. Johnson, 76, of Lexington, MO passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Lafayette Regional Health Center, Lexington. Robert �Bobby� Johnson was born August 9, 1938 in Lexington, the son of Rufus D. and Florence Barnes Johnson. He married Alvera Dothage on February 9, 1958 in Lexington. Bobby had retired after 30 years from the Ford Motor Company where he worked in the paint department. He was a member of the Elks Lodge, Turners Lodge, Tribe of Mic-a-Say, and had served on the Lexington Park Board. Bobby is survived by his wife, Alvera, of the home. Children: Allen Johnson, Susan Johnson, and Larry Johnson and wife, Pam, all of Lexington. There are seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandson, Clint Johnson, great-granddaughter, Gracie Arnold and brothers, Charles, David, and Rufus. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 24, 2015 at the Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington, MO (660) 259-2245. Burial in Machpelah Cemetery, Lexington. Visitation will be from 12:30 until service time on Friday with Tribe of Mic-O-Say Service. Memorials may be made in Bobbys memory to Trinity United Church of Christ or the Lexington Food Pantry.
