Raymond Maurice Mischon, Sr., 84, of Kansas City, passed away February 11, 2019 at Kansas City Hospice House. Funeral services will be Sunday, February 17, 2019 at 2:00 pm at the Walker Nadler Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington, Missouri. Visitation will be Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Machpelah Cemetery, Lexington. Memorials may be made to Veterans Assistance Program.
Raymond was born December 1, 1934 in Lexington to Albert and Jeanette (Gueguen) Mischon. He served in the United States Air Force and worked as the Director of Project Refocus for the University of Missouri Kansas City. He was a member of the American Legion and the Optimist Club.
Raymond is survived by his son, Raymond Mischon, Jr. and his wife Kimberly; two grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Charlotte Mischon.
