Ray Wayne Mansell

RAY WAYNE MANSELL Ray W. Mansell, 81, of Lexington, MO passed away June 4, 2014 at Benchmark Care Center in Lexington, MO. Ray Mansell was born March 19, 1933 in Napoleon, MO to David William and Lola E. Blackwell Mansell. He married Susan Ann Gadde, who preceded him in death in February of 2000. He later married Kathie Lee Garrett, who also preceded him in death January, 2014. Ray was a truck driver and taxi driver. He was a U.S. Army and Coast Guard Veteran. Ray is survived by a son, Richard Gadde and his friend, Michael Johnston , of Lexington. A brother, William F. Mansell of Wellington and a sister, Betty Becker, St. Louis. A sister-in-law, Rose Mansell of Higginville. In addition to his wives he was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Jackie A. and Elroy. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 13, 2014 at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, MO with military honors.
