Patrticia Ann Clouse

Patricia “Patsy” Ann (Keith) Clouse, 87, of Dover, Missouri passed on Sunday, April 23, 2023, at home surrounded by family.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 27, 2023, at the Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, 1720 South Street, Lexington, Missouri 64067, 660-259-2245. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, April 28, 2023, at the funeral home. Patsy was born November 20, 1935, in Lafayette County to Eugene Milton and Margaret Inez (Polson) Keith. She spent the first 11 school years in Dover, then graduated from Lexington High School in 1953. Patsy was united in marriage to Gerald D. Clouse at the Dover Christian Church on August 12, 1954. He preceded her in death January 17, 2004. Pasty was a proud homemaker where she raised her children and tended to the home. She was a member of the Dover Christian Church. She was also a member of the Daughters of American Revolution. Along with spending time with her family, Patsy had a green thumb for gardening, taking care of her hummingbirds, she enjoyed cooking, canning, crocheting, helping her son Randy at the Dover Service Station, playing marbles, and fishing. 

Patsy is survived by her daughter, Crystal Ruffin of Dover, MO; five grandchildren, Mindy Gore of Lexington, MO, Adam (Kristen) Clouse of Dover, MO, Dr. Tiffany Ruffin of Kansas City, MO, Matthew Ruffin of Wichita, KS, and Brooke Ruffin of Kansas City, MO; seven great grandchildren, Brenden Gore, Addysen Clouse, Saige Horine, Nate Horine, Sadie Johnson, Rory Ruffin and Hudson Clouse; one brother, Michael Keith of Dover, MO; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Patsy was preceded in death by both her parents, her husband, a son, Randall Clouse and one brother, Jarrell “Sherman” Keith.
