Patricia "Pat" Ann Durham

Patricia “Pat” Ann Durham, 68, of Bates City, Missouri, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2017 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Blue Springs, MO.

Visitation will be Monday, February 6, 2017, from 6:00 to 8:00pm at the Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home, 306 South Second Street, Odessa, MO, 816-633-5524. The Rosary will be prayed at 6:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 2:00pm at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 421 Third Street, Glasgow, Missouri, with a visitation beginning at 1:00pm. Burial will be at All Saints Cemetery, Glasgow. Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Hospital or St. John LaLande Church.

Pat was born March 12, 1948 in Kansas City, the daughter of Leonard H. and Anna M. Larman Schwartze. She married Dale Durham April 11, 1969 in Glasgow, Missouri.

Pat worked as a custodian for Odessa Schools. She was a member of St. George and St. John LaLande Catholic Churches and was a member of the Order of St. Francis. She had served as a Sunday School teacher and as coordinator of Religious Education.

Survivors include her husband, of the home; her children, Stacy Vaughn and husband Jeremy of Greenwood, Shelly Dickmeier of Odessa, Tammy Durham of Grain Valley, Jamie Durham of Odessa and Jason Durham of Bates City; brothers, Stephen Schwartze, and Robert Schwartze and wife Iris both of Odessa; sisters, Joyce Schwartze, Jean Wade and husband Jerry of Odessa and Margie Bulucas and husband Pete of Springfield; and ten grandchildren. Pat was preceded in death by a sister Beverly Thompson and a brother Paul Schwartze.
