Pamela Kay (Brown) Heitman, 63, of Odessa, formerly of Oak Grove, Missouri passed away on Monday, April 11, 2022, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Blue Springs, MO.
A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, April 16, 2022, at Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home, 306 S. 2nd Street, Odessa, MO, 64076, 816-633-5524. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Bates City Cemetery in Bates City, MO. Pamela was born on March 22, 1959, to Edward and Catherine (Vaccaro) Brown in Kansas City, MO. She was a homemaker of the home and her family. In addition to spending time with family and friends, Pamela enjoyed fishing, crafting, spending time outdoors, and making charitable donations to City Union Mission.
Survivors include her companion of 35 years, Walter Speakman of Odessa, MO; two sons, John Heitman (Sonja) of Odessa, MO, and Donald Heitman of Buckner, MO; a daughter, Bethany Heitman of Odessa, MO; seven grandchildren, Mason, Blake, Tate, and Emma Heitman, Katie Tully, Kacie Durham, and Becca Miller; eight great grandchildren; a sister, Carolyn Clark (Mike) of Tina, MO; five nieces, Anita Wilson of Grain Valley, MO, Christie Hayes, Katie Fisher, Julia Brown, and Anna Dunn; four nephews, Eddie Brown of Odessa, MO, Kenney Hemphill, Jeff Hayes, and Bill Hayes; and many relatives and friends.
Pamela was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Joe and John Brown.
