Noel was born August 3, 1975 in Collins, Mississippi the son of Everett E. and Jessie (Jennifer) Vigil Sparks. Noel was a self-employed welder and scrap metal dealer..
Noel is survived by his wife, April, of the home. His mother, Jennifer Watson, Richmond, MO, His father, Everett Sparks, Brookfield, MO. Three children: Austin, Americas and Marissa. Two stepchildren: Stacie Nesbitt and Tressa Bussell and a step-granddaughter, Victoria Bussell. A brother, Anthony Scott Vigil,Independence, MO, a step-brother, Tony Dial, Jackson, MS. Sisters: Joy Neal Jean Brown, Richmond and Kimberly Dawn Vigil, Independence, MO and a step-sister, Fadnia Thornton, Cottonwood, LA.
Graveside Services will be 1 p..m., Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at Machpelah Cemetery, Lexington. Visitation from 12 until 1 p.m. Wednesday, at the Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington, MO. Memorials can be made to the family.
