Mildred E. Lang, 94, of Odessa passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2016
At Golden Living Center, Odessa. Funeral services for Mildred will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Greenton Baptist Church, rural Odessa. Visitation for Mildred will be held on Wednesday also from 1:00 pm until service time. Burial will be in Machpelah Cemetery, Lexington.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
Mildred E. Clouse was born on January 11, 1922 to Alfred ‘‘Tad’’ and Rose Huffman Clouse in Mayview, MO. She married James M. Lang on October 23, 1937 in Mayview, MO. James preceded Mildred in death. Mildred was a past member of the Poplar Bluff Baptist Church, Warsaw, Mo and a current Order of the Eastern Star, Lexington Chapter.
Survivors include her daughters Genevie Wilson, and husband, Billy, Odessa and Judy M. Myer, Wellington, MO. There are 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren. Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers, Delbert and Dorman, a son-in-law, Wimpy Westerman and a great great grandchild, Jaiden Houston.
