MICHELLE LEE LEACH DOTHAGE Michelle Leach Dothage, 39, of Lexington, MO passed away Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Research Medical Center. Michelle Lee Leach was born January 29, 1972 in Lexington, MO to Jerry and Linda Beretta Leach. She married Richard Dothage April 16, 1994 in Lexington. Michelle is a graduate of Lexington High School. She became a Licensed Practical Nurse in 1992 and a Registered Nurse in 1996. She was with Ray County Home Health. Michelle is survived by her husband, Richard, and two daughters, Paige and Paiton, all of the home. Her mother, Linda Beretta Braxdale and husband, Scott, of Wellington and her father, Jerry and Betty Leach, of Lexington. A brother, Bradley Leach and wife,Traci, of Lexington, her twin sister, Misty ODonnell, of Lees Summit, maternal grandmother, Mary Jane Beretta, Lexington, and her paternal grandmother, Anna Belle Maschmeier, Lexington and many nieces and nephews. Services will be 10 a.m., Friday, October 28, 2011 at the Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington. Burial in Lexington Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m., Thursday, October 27 also at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Lupus Foundation or Midwest Transplant Network.
