Mary Ann Chamness, 53, of Farmington, MO passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Barnes Jewish West County Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
Funeral Services for Mary will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, August 14, 2016 at the Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, 1720 South St., Lexington, MO (660) 259-2245. Burial will be Memorial Park Cemetery, Lexington, MO. There will be no visitation. Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society.
Mary Ann Bittrich Chamness was born May 29, 1963 at Fort Ord, Monterey, CA. She married Gary Chamness on July 4, 2014 at Topeka, KS. She was homemaker and a member of the Libertyville Christian Church.

Mary is survived by her husband, Gary, of the home. Her parents, Lowell and Connie Bittrich of York, PA. A daughter, Patricia Smith and husband, Kyle, of Farmington, MO. Step-children: Sapphire Chamness, Emerald Tune, and Jasper Chamness. Two grandchildren: Stephanie Wehmeyer and Lauren Smith. Three step-grandchildren: Isaiah, Malachi, and Cealestis. One brother, Frank Bittrich of North Carolina. Three sisters: Peggy Wallace, Higginsville, MO, Marnie Meadows, York, PA, and Elise Perfetto, Tucson, AZ. Her former husband, Don Johnston of Lexington, MO. Mary was preceded in death by a daughter, Stephanie Ann Johnston.
