Mary Magdelene Ault, 81 of Lexington, MO passed away Friday, November 15, 2019 at her home.

Mary was born May 14, 1938 in Wampum, Pennsylvania to Duke Snyder and Mary Ault. She graduated from Wampum High School and went on to join the United States Airforce. While in the Airforce she earned a bachelor’s degree from Steven’s College in Columbia, MO. Mary retired after 20 years from the Airforce as a Lt. Colonel. Mary then moved to Missouri where she worked as a Nurse Anesthetist at MCI Hospital and then retired from Lafayette Regional Medical Center after 20 years of service. Mary was the proud owner of the Victoria Ann Bed and Breakfast in Lexington as well as part owner of the Riley’s Irish Pub for a short time. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, American Legion and the American Association of Nurse Anesthetist. In addition to spending time with family and friends, Mary loved to take long drives in the countryside and look at the wildlife.
In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by her brother, Bill Ward and niece Kathleen Hummel.
