Mark David Gieselman, 66, of Lexington, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, MO.

Mark was born on November 5, 1955, in Lexington, MO to Lambert and Ruth (Rinne) Gieselman. He graduated in 1974 from Lafayette C-1 High School in Higginsville, MO. Mark earned his bachelor's degree in animal science from University of Missouri in Columbia, MO. He worked for many years as a carpenter until developing health issues. He was a member of the Salem United Church of Christ in Higginsville. In addition to spending time with his family and friends, Mark was an avid horseman, he enjoyed trail riding, and anything that had to do with horses. He served as a 4-H leader for many years. He will be greatly missed.
Mark is survived by his daughter, Tara Dull and husband Clint of Quincy, MO; a grandson, Easton Dull; one brother, Ronald "Giese" Gieselman and wife Marsha of Higginsville, MO; and many extended family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by a son, Brandon Gieselman, and a brother in infancy.
