Marguerite Amer, 91, of Springfield, Mo formerly of Lexington, Mo. passed away on Friday, May 15, 2015 at Cox South Hospital, Springfield, MO. Graveside services for Marguerite Amer will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 12:00 pm at Machpelah Cemetery, Lexington. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at the Walker Nadler Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington from 10:30 until 11:30 am. Annabelle Marguerite Dunkle was born on May 7, 1924 at Waverly, Mo to Jesse and Sylvia Margaret Key Dunkle. She married Albert A. Amer on August 24, 1941 in Lexington, MO they later divorced and he has preceded her in death. Mrs. Amer was a homemaker and member of the Assembly of God Church. Survivors include her children; Sylvia A. Haworth, Springfield, MO; Ronald A. Amer and wife Judy, Bates City, MO; Sharon M. Bayne and husband, Ronny, Lexington, MO; Sandra A. Harris and husband, Phillip, Springfield, MO. There are 7 surviving grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Marguerite was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two grandchildren, Jeffrey Haworth and Steven Harris and a son in law, Donald Haworth and daughter in law, Ruth Ann Amer.
