Mable Arlene (Bybee) Spencer, 92, of Odessa, Missouri, passed away on Friday, December 17, 2021, at Monterey Park Rehab and Health Center in Independence, MO.

Mable was born on April 26, 1929, to Bluford Nelson and Amanda (Foster) Bybee in Odessa, MO. She attended Odessa High School. On December 20, 1952, Mable was united in marriage to Charles Lowell Spencer at Lowry Air Force Base in Denver, CO. He preceded her in death on November 11, 2015. She was a homemaker and worked as a seamstress for many years for various companies. Mable enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include a daughter, Donna Mitchell (Rubin) of Holt, MO; a son, David Spencer (Carole) of Independence, MO; a granddaughter, Ashley Maxwell (Zach); two great grandchildren, Cooper David and Ava Rose Maxwell; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In addition to her husband, Charles, Mable was preceded in death by her parents; five sisters, Della May Roberts, Alva Lunsford, Edna Eva Malcolm, Eva Wannetta Underwood, and Cleo Bybee; and eight brothers, Kenneth Calvin, Oliver James, Leo, George Otto, Bluford Eugene, Charles Lloyd, James Wesley, and Robert Ray Bybee.
