LORRAINE CADO COLE Lorraine Cado Cole, 92, of Lexington, MO passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at Liberty Hospital. Lorraine Cado was born May 22, 1919 in Lexington, MO, to John M. (Jean-Marie) and Marguerite Dugas Cado. She married Raymond Webb Cole on May 4, 1944 in Lexington. Lorraine was a graduate of Lexington High School and a member of Grace Lutheran Church of Lexington and its Ladies Circle. She was a longtime volunteer at the Lexington Food Pantry and the Lutheran Braille Workers project at St. Pauls College in Concordia. She was retired from the Lafayette County Department of Welfare. Mrs. Cole is survived by a son, Raymond Webb Cole, II and wife, Judith , of Mason City, IA. A grandson,Raymond William Cole also of Osage, IA. , great-grandsons: Raymond A.H. Cole and Garrett A. M. Cole of Osage, IA and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1977, her parents, two brothers: John Cado and Henry Cado; and a sister: Marguerite M. Chedotte. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 13, 2012 at Grace Lutheran Church in Lexington. Burial in Dover Cemetery, Dover, MO. Visitation from 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday, February 12, 2012 at Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington and on Monday, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church.
