Lonnie Wayne Peavler, 60 of Lexington, Missouri passed away on Monday, March 4, 2024, at home.

 

Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 11, 2024, at Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, 1720 S. St., Lexington, MO, 64067, 660-259-2245.  A graveside service will follow at 10:30 a.m., Monday, March 11, 2024, at Machpelah Cemetery in Lexington.  Memorials are suggested to Old Drum Animal Shelter, 35 SW 101st Rd., Warrensburg, MO, 64093.  Memories of Lonnie and condolences for his family may be left at www.LedfordFamilyFH.com or on our Facebook Page.  

 

Lonnie was born on March 20, 1963, in Fort Lee, Virginia to James T. and Patty (Frasher) Peavler.  He graduated in 1981 from Lexington High School in Lexington, MO.   Lonnie was united in marriage to Beatrice “Bea” DeAnn Peavler in July of 2000 in Lexington.  Lonnie had a love for cars and spent most of his life as a talented autobody technician.  In addition to spending time with family and friends, Lonnie loved his dogs, motorcycles, and old cars, but most of all spending time with his grandchildren.  

 

Lonnie is survived by his wife of 23 years, Bea Peavler of Lexington, MO; mother, Patty Peavler of Lexington, MO; two children, Justin (Angela) Petray of Lexington, MO and Tamara Petray and companion Harrison Burns of Lexington, MO; six grandchildren, Kirstlyn (Dylan) Nelson, Brenna Petray, Carli Petray, Adara Petray, Braxton Stimelsky, Kayden Petray; two sisters, Debra (Glen) Bagley of Lexington, MO and Brenda Jones of Lexington, MO; a brother, James (Sharon) Peavler of Lexington, MO; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.   

 

Lonnie was preceded in death by his father, James T. Peavler.
