Linda Joy Poole

Linda Joy (Crumble) Poole, 65, of Lexington, Missouri, passed away Sunday, April 23, 2023, at her residence.

A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Saturday, May 6, 2023, at Second Baptist Church. 1201 Main Street, Lexington, Missouri 64067.  A funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00 p.m. at the church. Linda was born March 25, 1958, to Oscar Edward and Alfreda (Gilmore) Crumble in Lexington, Missouri. Linda graduated from Lexington High School in 1975. She received an associate degree in social work from Wentworth Military Academy. Linda was a manager in the maintenance department at Wentworth Military Academy.  She was united in marriage to William Denver “W.D.” Poole in Lexington, Missouri on April 13, 1985. He preceded her in death April 7, 2021. Linda was a member of the Second Baptist Church. Along with spending time with her family and friends, Linda enjoyed antiquing, and collecting coins, stamps, and angels.

Linda is survived by three children, William Poole of Lexington, MO, Sarah Poole of Lexington, MO, and Christopher Poole of Lexington, MO; five grandchildren, Dagan Poole, AnnaLeigh Poole, Nevaeh Poole, Leeland Poole, Hattie Poole; four sisters, Donna Kelso, Patricia Crumble, Sharon Brown, and Marcia Crumble; two brother, Greg Crumble and William Crumble, and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Linda was preceded in death by both of her parents, her husband, four brothers, Donald Crumble, Richard Crumble, Jeffery Crumble and James Crumble.
