Larry Keith Anson, 63, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away March 16, 2022 at Shangri-La Rehab Center, Blue Springs. Visitation will be Thursday, March 24, 2022 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington. A graveside service will be at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville on Friday, March 25, 2022 11:00 am. Memorials may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation Heartland. Larry was born April 2, 1958 in Kansas City, Kansas to Donna (Borland) Anson. He graduated from Lexington High School, where he wrestled on the championship team of '76. He then served in the United States Army for two years in the 82nd Airborne Unit. Larry worked as the manager of Auto Zone in Excelsior Springs for over 10 years. On October 14, 2006 he married Linda (Jones) Anson in Kansas City. He enjoyed motorcycles, listening to music and traveling. But, his most enjoyment came from playing with his pride and joy, his granddaughter, Vivienne.
Survivors include his wife, Linda, of the home; daughter Trishina Redig and husband Matthew of Columbia, Missouri; and granddaughter, Vivienne Redig. He was preceded in death by his parents.
