Kevin “Levi” Earl Davis, 54, of Odessa, Missouri passed away on Friday December 23, 2016.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, December 30, 2016 at the Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home, 306 S. 2nd St., Odessa, MO, 64076, 816-633-5524. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Friday December 30, 2016 at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to the grandchildren’s education fund in care of Joshua Davis. Kevin was born on September 8, 1962 in Lexington, MO to Clyde Earl and Millie Ann (Mitchell) Davis. He was a member of the Odessa High School Class of 1980. Kevin worked for Action Products for many years and had recently retired from Lafayette County Enterprises due to illness. He was a member of Boy Scout Troop 286 in Odessa and was an Eagle Scout. In addition to spending time with his family and friends, Kevin was an avid football fan, he loved watching and playing football as well as attending his grandson’s games. He also enjoyed fishing at Roaring River State Park and hunting. He had a great love for his beautiful American Eskimo dogs, Wolf, Toby, Bob and Dallas.
Kevin is survived by a son Josh Davis and wife Cassie of Odessa, MO; two grandsons, Cole and Alex Davis of Odessa, MO; two brothers, Roland Davis and wife Billye of Mayview, MO and Fred Davis and wife Vicki of Chanute, KS; a sister, Ruth Ann Davis of Odessa, MO; 11 nieces and nephews; 21 great nieces and nephews and 1 great great niece.
In addition to his parents, Kevin was preceded in death by a brother Bill Davis.
