Funeral services for Deborah L. Bellington, 54, of Odessa MO. will be held on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at 2:00 pm at the Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home, Odessa. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday, January 28, 2013 from 6 to 8 pm. Burial will be at Greenton Cemetery, rural Odessa. Memorials may be made to Uplift Organization Inc.-Compassion for the Homeless and/or National Kidney Foundation. Deborah died on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at St. Marys Medical Center, Blue Springs. Deborah Lynne (DeSalme) Bellington was born on June 25, 1958 in Kansas City, MO to Jerry and Barbara (Narramore) DeSalme. She married Richard "Rick" Russell Bellington on September 12, 1984 in Miami, OK. Debbie was employed with Red Cross Pharmacy as a Clerk. She liked reading, making jewelry, spoiling her grandkids, and beloved dog Barkley. She and her husband were part of the Uplift Organization Inc.-Compassion for the Homeless Project. She also likes NASCAR races and Tony Stewart was her favorite driver, she also enjoyed going to scary movies. Debbie will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Survivors include her husband Richard "Rick" Bellington of the home, her children, Bobi Dee (Bellington) Poindexter and husband, Sam, Bates City, Robin Lynette (Bellington) Huffman and husband, Jay, Paola, KS; Shane Bellington and wife Julie, Paola, KS. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Tyler Huffman, Chelsye Huffman, Ryan Bellington, Kala Huffman, Kourtney Huffman, Alyssa Bellington, Kyle Bellington, Trinity Poindexter, and William Poindexter and a great granddaughter, Brinley Hermreck. Additional survivors include her father, Jerry DeSalme and wife Judy, brothers, David DeSalme and wife Marie, Blue Springs, Randell Patton, Greenwood, MO; and Kenneth Patton, Jr. as well as her sister Rebecca DeSalme, Gladstone, MO; and sister-in-law Kathy Stockdall, Independence and brother-in-law, Mark Bellington, Odessa, and numerous nieces and nephews. Debbie was preceded in death by her grandparents, and mother Barbara
