Kathy Renee Barker

Kathy Renee (Eldridge) Barker, 61, of Kansas City, Missouri formerly of Odessa, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at University Health Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri surrounded by her loving family. 

Visitation will be held from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m., Monday, March 25, 2024, at 

Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home 306 South Second Street Odessa, Missouri 64067. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00a.m., Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Greenton Cemetery in Odessa, Missouri. Kathy was born on November 18, 1962, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Sherman Grant and Catherine Delores (Buckelew) Eldridge. She attended Odessa High School. Kathy tended and cared for the home and her family. She was an avid Green Bay Packers Fan. Kathy enjoyed tending to her fish, animals, and plants. She especially had a special place in her heart for her grandchildren. 

Kathy is survived by her loving husband, Steve Barker of Kansas City, MO; two children; Shasta (Derek) Sanders of Odessa, MO and Samantha Kueck of Odessa, MO; six grandchildren, Destiny Dodge, Boston Sanders, Caitlyn Sanders, Brooklyn Wade, Taylor Wade, and Trey Sanders all of Odessa, MO; one brother, Ronnie (Susan) Eldridge of Uniontown, KS; and many nieces, nephews relatives, and friends. 

Along with both her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Davis.
