Judson E. Dobson, 86, of Lexington, MO passed away Sunday, February 28, 2016 at Riverbend Heights Health & Rehabilitation.
Judson Dobson was born April 13, 1929 in Lexington to Charles and Mary Ann Krone Dobson. He married Irene Foulds on December 31, 1951, she preceded him in death on February 4, 1994. He then married Elois King on May 16, 1995.
Judson was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ in Lexington. He had served in the Missouri National Guard and was an agent for the Kansas City Star for many years.
Judson is survived by his wife, Elois Dobson, of the home. Children: Shelia Garcia and husband, Fernando, Raytown, MO and Alan K. Dobson and wife, Cheryl, Diamond, MO.
Stepchildren: Jacqueline Witherspoon, and husband, Danny, Clinton, MO, David King and Dennis King, Henrietta, MO. There are 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren and 1 step-great-grandchild.
Services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 3, 2016 at the Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington, MO (660) 259-2245. Burial in Lexington Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time on Thursday, March 3. Memorials in Judson's memory can be made to the Trinity United Church of Christ or Preferred Hospice.
