JUDITH KAY WELLER Memorial Services for Judith K. Weller, 69 of Kansas City, MO will be held on Sunday, December 11, 2011 at 3 pm at the Walker Nadler Fuller Funeral Home in Lexington, MO. Visitation will be held from 2 to 3 pm at the funeral home on Sunday. Memorials may be directed to the Lupus Foundation. Mrs. Weller passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at North Kansas City Hospital. Judith Kay Grechus was born on August 5, 1942 in Lexington, MO to Joe and Virginia Griffin Grechus. She married Jackie A. Weller, December 18, 1971 in Kansas City, MO. Judy earned two Bachelors degrees. She first earned a Bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of Missouri, Kansas City and then a Bachelors degree in Education from Missouri Western University. She worked as a social worker, educator, and administrator. Survivors include her children, Jacob Weller, artist, Kansas City, MO, and Jill Weller, Adult Nurse Practitioner, Grain Valley, MO. Ms. Weller was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Garland Grechus and a sister, Belva Jo Rogers.
