JJubal David Hubbard, 28, of Holden, Missouri passed away on Monday November 27, 2017 in Olathe, Kansas.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Monday December 4, 2017 at the Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home, 306 S. 2nd St., Odessa, MO, 64076, 816-633-5524. The funeral will follow at 12:00 p.m., Monday, December 4, 2017 at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Concord Cemetery in Bates City, MO. Jubal was born on May 16, 1989 in Lexington, MO to Sherman and Melissa (Loudermilk) Hubbard. He received his Welding Certification from State Fair Community College in Sedalia, MO. Jubal served four years in the Army National Guard until being Honorably Discharged. He was a Pipefitter and currently employed with P1 Group in Lenexa, KS. Jubal was a member of the Pipe Fitters Local 533 in Kansas City, MO. In addition to spending time with his family and friends, Jubal enjoyed fishing, working on cars, shooting guns, playing guitar, but most of all being with his son Daniel and teaching him the ways of the outdoors.
Survivors include his son Daniel Eli Hubbard of the home; father and mother, Sherman and Melissa Hubbard of Holden, MO; brother, Gabriel Alexander Hubbard of Holden, MO; sister, Marissa McCarrick and husband Robert of Holden, MO; two nephews, Andrew James McCarrick and Waylon Eugene McCarrick both of Holden, MO; maternal grandmother, Donna VanLanker of Holden, MO; and many aunts and uncles.
Jubal was preceded in death by a brother, Ephraim James Hubbard; paternal grandparents, Kenneth Hubbard and Iva Neal Hubbard; and maternal grandfather, Donald Loudermilk.
