Vincent David Leroy Hannon, 83, of Odessa, Missouri passed away on Monday, March 11, 2013 at the Golden Living Center New Haven. Memorial graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 14, 2013 at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, MO. David was born on April 8, 1929 in St. Louis, MO to Raymond and Betty (Quigel) Hannon. On August 12, 1947 he enlisted in the United States Air Force serving until September 30, 1948. In 1948 he married Lucille Pearl who passed in 1995. He was self-employed working most of his life as an automotive painter. On January 1, 2000 he married Wilva S. Walters in Odessa, MO who survives of the home. He was Catholic by faith. He liked to stay busy by playing computer games, woodworking and pottery. In addition to his wife he is survived by three children, Vincent Hannon, Margaret Kiley and Betty Jane Adams; two step-daughters, Vicki Price and Ronna Moeller; many grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his first wife and parents he was preceded in death by and infant daughter Roda May; two brothers, Raymond and Robert Hannon; two sisters, Mary Wilma Scheck and Judith Long.
