JUANITA COLE
Juanita Cole, 80, of Lexington, Missouri passed away Monday, January 23, 2017 at Riverbend Heights Health and Rehabilitation. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 12:00pm at the Second Baptist Church, Lexington, Missouri. Visitation will be held on Saturday at the church from 10:00am until service time. Burial will be in Lexington Memory Gardens Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Second Baptist Church or to the family.
Juanita Stanton was born February 7, 1936 in Hayti, Missouri, to Henry and Addie Belle (Parker) Stanton. She married Ronald Lee Cole on December 30, 1971 in Lexington. Juanita had worked at Maib’s Restaurant, at Mattingly’s and had last worked as a cook at the Lexington High School. She was a member of Second Baptist Church.
Survivors include: her husband Ronald of the home; a daughter Ronalda Stinson and husband Bernard of Lee’s Summit, a son Levell Stanton and wife Margaret, Texas, a son Gwyn Stanton, Los Angeles, CA, and a step son Lavell Moss and wife Maggie of Lexington. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Barbara Jean, a son Lester, and a brother James Stanton.
