Joyce L. Gassen

Joyce L. Gassen, 73, of Lexington died on Saturday, July 24, 2010 at her residence. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at 10:00 am at the Walker Nadler Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington. Burial will be in Lexington Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 26, at the funeral home from 6 to 8 pm. Joyce Louise Shaw was born on December 19, 1936 in Lexington, MO to John and Ruth Davidson Shaw. She married James Gassen on September 9, 1970 in Lexington. Mrs. Gassen was a homemaker. Joyce Gassen is survived by her husband, Jim, of the home. Her children, Sharie Seek and companion Bill Skaggs, Lexington, Ronnie Gassen, Higginsville, David Gassen and companion, Lana Cretzmeyer, Lexington, Pam Wolf and husband, Scott, Higginsville and Kenny Gassen, Lexington. There are 16 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Joyce Gassen was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Lloyd E.
