Jewell D. Chamberlain, 76, of Cuba, MO; formerly Lexington, MO passed away suddenly on Monday, August 4, 2014 at St. Clair Hospital, Fenton, MO. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 8, 2014 at 10:30 am at Grace Lutheran Church, Lexington. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2014 from 6 to 8 pm at the Walker Nadler Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington. Burial will be in Lexington Memory Garden Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Grace Lutheran Church. Jewell Darlene Forsha was born on November 3, 1937 to Martin & Marvel Haesemeyer Forsha. She married Melvin Howard Chamberlain on August 23, 1973, he preceded her in death on February 29, 1992. Jewell had worked at the Higginsville Habilitation Center, in the food service department until her retirement. Survivors include her daughters, Tammy Langewisch and husband, Randy, Cuba, Mo; Kimmy Gideon and husband, Robert, Springfield, Mo. There are five grandchildren, Chad Washek and wife, Skylar, Natalie Gipson and husband, Geer, Tara Washek , Kyle Yount and step grandson, Dr. Dustin Langewisch. There are 5 great grandchildren, Shelby Washek-Gideon, Camden Washek, Kayden Gipson, Ledger Gipson and step great granddaughter, Desiree Picquet. Additional survivors include her brother, Rick Forsha and wife Sharon, Richmond, two sisters, Nancy Bowles and husband Edwin, Richmond, Deborah Lee and husband, Jesse, Excelsior Springs, Mo.
