Jesse Alan Schuler, 34, of Warrensburg, Missouri, passed away Monday, July 24, 2023, at his residence in Warrensburg, Missouri surrounded by his family.
A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home. 306 South 2nd Street, Odessa, MO, 64076. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Sunset Hill Cemetery in Warrensburg, MO. Jesse was born February 18, 1989, in Kansas City, Missouri to Phillip and Anita (McGee) Schuler, Sr. In 2007, Jesse graduated from Yukon High School in Oklahoma. He also received an associates degree in humanities from Three Rivers College. Jesse was working towards his nursing degree at UCM. He worked at Walmart as a cashier and in customer service. Jesse was in the process of taking instruction in catholic faith. Along with spending time with family and friends, Jesse enjoyed acting, singing in the choir, playing the clarinet, and was an avid reader.
Jesse is survived by his mother, one brother; Phillip Schuler, Jr., paternal grandparents; William “Bill” and Susan Schuler, aunt and uncle; Judy and Felipe Lopez, four cousins; Colby Lynn, Taylor Lynn, Billy Sweeza, and Cabe Sweeza, three great cousins; Amira Gould, Isla Gould, Deklan Lynn, great uncle; Donald Schuler, great aunt, Betty Gooding, and many relative and friends.
Jesse was preceded in death by his father: Phillip Schuler Sr., and his maternal grandparents; Dickie and Barbara McGee, and one uncle; Rodney Andrew McGee.
