JESS ROSCOE WILLIS
Jess R. Willis, 76, of Camden, MO formerly of Lexington, MO, passed away at his home on Monday, September 21, 2015.
Jess Willis was born January 25, 1939 at Hodge, MO, the son of Theora and Ida Lavona Graham Willis. He married Ida Blance Hayes in 1960.
Jess was member of the Fleming Baptist Church. He had retired from Lyons Die Casting at Levasy, Missouri. Jess was also a member of the Lexington Moose Lodge and a member of the lodge horseshoe club.
Jess is survived by his wife, Blanche, of the home. A daughter, Sharon Willis, of Nelson, MO and a son, Duane Willis of Aullville, MO. A brother, Elzie Willis, of Kansas. He has four grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Jess was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Alan "A.D.", and Jack. and a sister, Thelma Louise Willis.
Services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 25, 2015 at the Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, Lexington, MO. Burial will be in the Dover Cemetery. Visitation from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, September 24 at the funeral home. Memorials in Jess' memory can be made to family for the purchase of a headstone. There will be a time of fellowship at the Fleming Baptist Church.
