Jeffry was born on November 16, 1965, in Kansas City, MO to Roy and Rosalie (Stigal) Duncan. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Lexington. Jeffry enjoyed the outdoors and his beloved Micky and Minnie Mouse.
Survivors include his brother, Gregory Duncan and wife Paula of Lexington, MO.
Jeffry was preceded in death by his parents.
