Janet Hunton Westgate

Janet Lee Westgate, 74, of Bates City, MO passed away Sunday, November 30, 2014 at Centerpoint Medical Center. Janet Lee Hunton was born August 3, 1940 in Lexington, MO. She was the daughter of Sam Parrott and Mazie Davis Hunton Parrott. Janet was employed and retired as an Administrative Assistant from I.B.S. Industries She was an Army Veteran and a member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary. Janet is survived by her mother, Mazie Parrott, of Lexington. Children: Regina Williams, Blue Springs,, Greg Tolen, and wife, Lynda, Grain Valley and Lisa Gunderson and husband, Troy, Grain Valley. There are eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death was her father, John Hunton, her stepfather, Sam Parrott, a brother, Larry Hunton, a sister, Debbie Parrott, and a granddaughter, Christina Tolen. Services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at the Walker-Nadler-Fuller Funeral Home, 1720 South Street, Lexington, MO.
