Dianne Redinger Rice

Dianne Lynne Redinger Rice went to meet Jesus, August 18, 2012 at 3:45 p.m. surrounded by her family. Dianne was a devoted mother who loved to participate in Taras dancing competitions, Devins Tennis matches and Gavins wrestling matches. She especially loved spending time with her granddaughter, Sugar Plum. Dianne enjoyed traveling, working, helping others, making friends and living peacefully in the country, watching her birds feed at her bird feeder. Funeral Services for Dianne L. Rice, 51, of Bates City, MO will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2012 at 2 pm at the Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home, Odessa. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 1 pm until services time. Burial will be in the Concord Cemetery. Dianne passed on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at St. Marys Manor, Blue Springs, Mo. Memorials may be made to St. Marys Manor. Dianne Lynne Rice was born on August 28, 1960 at Independence, Mo. to Lester L. and Barbara F. Ailor Redinger. Dianne had worked for CVS Pharmacy and was part of the Care-Mark team. She assisted customers with their prescriptions. Dianne is survived by her children: Tara Rice-Liebeck and husband, Joshua, Chesapeake, VA; Delvin Rice Neosho, MO; and Gavin Rice, Lexington. There is one granddaughter, Addison Liebeck. Additional survivors include her father, Lester Redinger, Blue Springs, MO; and a brother, Dwayne Redinger and wife, Marilyn, Bates City, MO. Dianne was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara on July 28, 2012.
