James Harrison Morris

James Harrison Morris, 75, of Kansas City, Missouri formerly of Odessa, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, MO.

James was born on March 9, 1949in Wichita, Kansas to Joseph Henry Morris and Gladys Lorene (Grandstaff) Morris. On October 28, 1967, James was united in marriage to Mary Anna (Seuser) Morris in Leavenworth, KS. She preceded him in death on February 19, 2010. 

James is survived by five siblings, Rita (Jim) Harroald of Wichita, KS, Mary (Larry) Parker of Frisco, TX, Dennis (Debra Kay) Morris of Wichita, KS, Robert “Bob” Morris of Centerton, AR, and Michael (Reva) Morris of Park City, KS; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. 

In addition to his parents and wife, James was preceded in death by a sister, Vicki Canfield; and two brothers, Howard Morris and Donald Morris.
