Icel Mae Edmonds, 102, of Lexington passed away June 11, 2021 at New Haven Living Center, Odessa. Visitation will be at 10:00 am, Friday, June 18, 2021 at First Baptist Church of Lexington. Icel was born January 11, 1919 in Climax Springs, Missouri to Harry and Susie (Penell) Moulder. She married Jim Edmonds on September 24, 1939, he preceded her in death October 28, 2009. Icel was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Lexington. She loved playing the piano and was in the church choir. She also enjoyed quilting, gardening and cooking.
Survivors include her son, Jim Edmonds of Lexington; two grandsons, David Edmonds and wife Anita of Lexington and Duane Edmonds and wife Janice of Blue Springs; great grandchildren, Derek Edmonds and wife Kati of Lexington, Bailey Edmonds of Lexington and Brittony Peterson and husband Tye of Syracuse, Utah; and great great grandchildren, Lydia and Wyatt Edmonds and Freya Peterson. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; sisters, Myrtle Martin, Olah Roncelli and Ethel Baughman; and great granddaughter, Abbie Edmonds.
