Golda Marie Hurlburt

Golda Marie Hurlburt,97, of Kansas City, MO; formerly of Lexington, Mo , passed away on Friday, March 21, 2014 at NorthCare Hospice House. Golda Marie Clemons was born on May 4, 1916 in Buffalo, MO. to George and Mary Clemons. Harry Brock Hurlburt preceded her in death on December 10, 2005. Golda had worked at the Higginsville Habilitation Center, Higginsville, Mo as a teachers assistant and retired after 20 years. Golda had been a member of the Waverly Order of the Eastern Star and was a member of the Lexington United Methodist Church. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2014, at 11:00 AM at the Waverly Cemetery, Waverly, Mo. There will be no visitation. Memorial gifts may be made to the Lexington United Methodist Church, Lexington, Mo. Survivors include her two daughters, Georgia Hurlburt, Kansas City, MO; and Joan Rumble, Las Vegas, NV.
