George H. Divelbiss

George Harvey Divelbiss George H. Divelbiss, 86, of Oak Grove, MO passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Oak Grove Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. George Divelbiss was born June 11, 1928 in Lees Summit, MO to Glyndon and Cordie Moore Divelbiss. He married Kathryn Branic in 1948. They later divorced and he then married Helen Howery on July 7, 1987 in Little Rock, Arkansas. George was a Dairy Consultant in Sales for Farmland Industries, retiring in 1999 after 22 years. He was a member of St. Luke Evangelical Free Church in Wellington, MO. He is survived by his wife, Helen, of the home. A daughter, Joyce Louise Tilly, Lees Summit, MO. Grandchildren: Ashlyn Becker and husband, Clayton, of Minneapolis, MN and Linsey Foote and husband, Brad, Imperial, NE. Three great-grandchildren. Stepchildren: Sarita Lynn Lang and husband, Pete, Blue Springs, Eric Cutshall and wife, Mindy, Overland Park, KS and Danielle Cutshall, Oak Grove. There are �-five step- grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, G. R. Divelbiss. Services will be 10:30 a.m., Friday, April 3, 2015 at St. Luke Evangelical Free Church in Wellington, MO. Burial at 2:00 p.m. Friday, at Wills Cemetery in Peculiar, MO.
