Geneva I. (Sanders) Iles, of Mayview, Missouri passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at the John Know Village Care Center in Lee’s Summit, MO.

Geneva was born on June 8, 1927 in Henrietta, MO to Louis & Ruby (Boley) Sanders. She was married to Ernest Iles, Jr. who preceded her in death. Geneva retired after 32 years from the Higginsville Habilitation Center where she worked in the Physical Therapy Department. In addition to spending time with family and friends, she enjoyed painting, crocheting, cooking and working her flower garden.
Survivors include two children, Kathy Hudson and husband Henry of Mayview, MO and Mike Iles and Fiancée Deana Shockley of Mayview, MO; 6 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, a brother Robert Sanders and wife Lenora of Lexington; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Geneva was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Iles; two grandchildren, Courtney and Katelyn Iles; two brothers, Louis Sanders, Jr. and Raymond Sanders; a sister, Ruby May Reisner; and twin siblings in infancy.
